THE EFFECT OF REHABILITATION EXERCISES WITH RUBBER BANDS ON THE FUNCTIONAL EFFICIENCY OF THE CONNECTIVE MUSCLES AFFECTED BY PARTIAL RUPTURE OF FUTSAL PLAYERS

The importance of the study lies in its handling of the subject of the partial rupture of the connective muscles, as it is a scientific attempt to design rehabilitative exercises with rubber bands, which would restore functional efficiency and what it includes of declining capabilities during the period of injury to the connective muscles of futsal players. There are many injuries that players are exposed to, and this is a problem in itself because it threatens the life of sports players in general, and most of these injuries, as far as the researcher knows, are cases of rupture of the connective muscles. Through: level of degree of pain, range of motion, muscle strength, The researcher used the experimental method with one experimental group, using the experimental design with the test (pre and post), the most important conclusions are: By restoring the functional efficiency of the connective muscles affected by the partial rupture, and one of the most important recommendations of the researcher: Paying attention to sports injuries when they occur through accurate diagnosis, taking treatment, and committing to the time required for rehabilitation before returning to the stadiums to avoid recurrence of the injury.
