THE EFFECT OF AGILE LEADERSHIP AMONG SCHOOL PRINCIPALS ON THE LEVEL OF JOB CREATIVITY AND WORK SKILLS AMONG TEACHERS

This study examined the effect of agile leadership among school principals and its dimensions (humility, calm, wisdom, patience, objectivity, and confidence) on the level of job creativity and work skills among teachers. The community is represented by all public and private school principals in Madaba Governorate, who number (239) male and female principals. To answer the study questions, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted, which was based on developing a questionnaire based on previous studies and distributing it to a random sample of (150) male and female managers. By conducting the necessary statistical treatments using the statistical analysis program (SPSS), the following results were reached: The degree of agile leadership practice among school principals in Madaba Governorate was average, as the arithmetic average value reached (3.53), and the “objectivity” dimension came in first place with an average An arithmetic mean (3.72) with a high degree of agreement. Finally, the “humility” dimension came with an arithmetic mean (3.32) and a moderate degree of agreement. The level of professional creativity among school teachers in Madabakan Governorate was also average, with the arithmetic mean value reaching (3.58). The level of work skills among school teachers in Madaba Governorate was average. In addition, the results showed a statistically significant effect at the significance level (α = 0.05) of the degree of school principals’ practice of agile leadership on the level of professional creativity among teachers. Accordingly, the study recommended providing training courses and workshops for principals and teachers to learn lean management concepts and skills, and to enhance the culture of innovation within schools, by encouraging teachers and employees to present new ideas and try innovative solutions to various educational challenges.
