THE INFLUENCE OF THE LEGAL ENVIRONMENT IN SOCIETY IN THE FORMATION OF LEGAL CONSCIOUSNESS

Abstract

This article reveals the concept of legal consciousness, its structural elements and the essence of legal thought. The article analyzes the influence of the existing legal environment in society in the formation of an individual's perception, knowledge and feelings about law, legislation and other legal phenomena. Factors such as the development of legal culture, the quality of legal education, and the role of the media have been shown to be important in shaping legal consciousness. The results of the study show that for the development of legal consciousness, it is necessary to ensure the rule of law in society, increase the legal culture and improve legal education.
