Abstract

The relevLabor law norms as a field of law are implemented in specific labor legal relations. In the implementation of these norms, many procedural legal relations arise.
Labor relations are studied in legal literature, and unified labor procedural relations are also studied as a theoretical abstraction. Because labor procedural relations consist of many individual types, for example: legal relations on the resolution of individual labor disputes; legal relations on the resolution of collective labor disputes in various bodies; various types of legal relations related to labor protection and safety of workers in production; legal relations related to the unlawful withholding of employees' wages; legal relations related to the deprivation of bonuses and awards and labor disputes arising from them; legal relations related to the application and removal of disciplinary sanctions; legal relations related to reinstatement in case of unjustified transfer to another job and to another place; legal relations related to the reinstatement of employees unjustly dismissed at the initiative of the employer, etc.ance of this research is determined by the growing need to instill moral values, patriotism, and civic responsibility in the younger generation in the context of globalization and the information society. Karakalpak folk pedagogy, with its rich heritage of traditions, customs, and ethical norms, offers a unique resource for the spiritual and moral education of youth. The article is devoted to an analysis of modern approaches to spiritual and moral education and the development of innovative methods based on the principles of Karakalpak pedagogy. The research examines the following key questions: Theoretical foundations of Karakalpak folk pedagogy: Analysis of the main concepts, values, and educational methods embedded in the traditional culture of the Karakalpak people. The relevance of Karakalpak pedagogy in the modern context: Assessment of the potential of traditional pedagogical approaches to addressing the current challenges of youth education. New approaches to integrating elements of Karakalpak pedagogy into the educational process: Development of authorial methods, programs, and projects aimed at fostering moral qualities, patriotism, and respect for national culture among young people. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of new methodological approaches to the spiritual and moral education of youth based on Karakalpak folk pedagogy.
