Abstract

This article analyzes the new edition of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the legal foundations of its adoption, and its significance in the life of the state and society. It also examines issues related to ensuring human rights and freedoms, strengthening the principles of a social state, and expanding constitutional guarantees for citizens.
