Abstract

The research problem arose through the researcher's work as an educational specialist supervisor. He noticed that there is fluctuation in achieving the achievement of the educational, administrative, educational and functional duties of the male and female teachers of physical education through the variation in the level of psychological empowerment they have by their school administrations, which is reflected in the nature of the role he plays and the style of classroom management. He studied physical education and the level of his job performance, and accordingly he was able to formulate the research problem through the following questions:
1- Do physical education teachers in Tuz district have a high level of psychological empower 2- Do the male and female physical education teachers in Tuz district have a high level of job performance?
2- Does psychological empowerment have a relationship with job performance of physical education teachers in Tuz district?
3- The study aimed to:
4- Constructing a measure of psychological empowerment for male and female physical education teachers in the district of Tuz.
5- Constructing a job performance measure for male and female physical education teachers in the district of Tuz.
6- Identifying the relationship between psychological empowerment and job performance for male and female physical education teachers in the district of Tuz.ment?
The researcher used the descriptive approach in my style (survey and correlation) due to its suitability to the nature of the research problem. The current research community and its sample consisted of (108) male and female teachers of physical education in primary schools in the district of Tuz for the academic year (2021-2022), and the sample of the exploratory experiment, numbering (8) male and female teachers, was excluded and represented by (7.40%) of the community. search . Thus, the statistical analysis sample consisted of (100) male and female teachers, with a percentage of (92.59%) of the research community, which is the same as the application sample.
